Protein Ontology HomeThe Protein Ontology (PO) provides a unified vocabulary for
capturing declarative knowledge about protein domain and to classify that
knowledge to allow reasoning. Information captured by PO is classified in a rich
hierarchy of concepts and their inter-relationships. PO is compositional and
dynamic, relying on notions of classification, reasoning, consistency, retrieval
